We take great care in harvesting and preserving herbs at their peak, ensuring rich flavors and maximum potency. Whenever possible, herbs are hand-cut, de-stemmed, and dried before being carefully packaged for future use.
In the future, we plan to introduce house-made herb blends, featuring a mix of our homegrown herbs and high-quality organic herbs sourced from local markets and reputable suppliers.
Pure & Natural: No fillers like cellulose, no pesticides, no added sugar, and no wheat—just pure, flavorful herbs and spices.
Kitchen-Tested Blends: Our herb blends are inspired by the seasonings we use daily, carefully crafted for balanced flavor and versatility.
Small-Batch Processing: Herbs are dried in small batches to maintain their essential oils, aroma, and potency.
Mint – Refreshing and soothing, great for tea and culinary use.
Rosemary – Earthy and aromatic, perfect for roasts and breads.
Sage – A rich, savory herb essential for stuffing and soups.
Thyme – Versatile and flavorful, used in a variety of dishes.
Taco Seasoning: A bold, well-balanced mix for perfect tacos every time.
Ranch Seasoning: Classic and creamy, perfect for dressings, dips, or seasoning meats.
Baharat (Lebanese Spice Mix): A warm, fragrant blend ideal for Middle Eastern dishes.
Spicy Hashwe Mix: A fiery combination of turmeric, cayenne, and other aromatic spices.
In addition to our culinary herbs, we also harvest and dry calendula and comfrey, which are commonly used for external applications such as salves and lotions. These plants have a long tradition in skincare and topical use. These herbs are not intended for consumption.
Because our herbs and blends are made in small batches, availability varies. Follow our Facebook page for updates on when our latest dried herbs and spice blends are ready to order.
